Electro-optical fire-control system (EOFCS)+

Indigenous thermal, camera, laser, electronics, software and two-axis stabilisation platform (imported lenses/sensors where required), targeting a lightweight unit below 50 kg. AI-enabled multi-level threat discrimination and multi-target detect-and-attack algorithms complement multi-processor ballistic calculations for guns and missiles, automatic search/detection/acquisition, target range/speed/course prediction, dual EO directors, radar overlay, multiple weapon interfaces, BITE to LRU level, auto-switch card-level redundancy and an FPGA-based secure ARM controller.

Rugged component specifications+

The 200× zoom 4G/5G camera combines 20× optical and 10× digital zoom, 256 GB storage and encrypted communications. The MIL-grade controller operates from −55°C to 150°C with a 150 MHz processor, 16 analogue inputs, 32 digital inputs, 16 digital outputs, 16 PWM outputs and three serial interfaces. An omnidirectional impact switch is hermetically sealed, detects X/Y/Z impacts in six directions and supports configurable thresholds from 4G to 1000G. AI vision modules support low-power, low-latency real-time object, movement and anomaly detection.

CAE, design and vehicle programmes+

SES supports v-M stress-model CAE, 50 m drop-halo analysis and 200 m horizontal-drop fighter analysis. Broader programme capability includes infotainment, ADAS algorithms, body/chassis electronics, software-defined vehicles, hydrogen fuel powertrains, EV powertrains/eAxles and AI/ML-based assistance.

Mobility conversion and local manufacturing+

SES can convert existing vehicles to electric or develop lightweight new vehicles, including amphibious concepts. The scope supports low-noise, high-torque operation, ultra-fast charging, solar charging and swappable batteries—helping avoid fuel-transport bottlenecks through local manufacturing and service.

Immediate collaboration opportunities

Local manufacturing. Faster deployment. Import substitution.

Electronic fuzes +

Configurable, lower-cost replacements for existing ammunition fuzes. Each munition requires its own timing, impact, depth and acceleration logic. Advantages include enhanced accuracy, local manufacture and reduced import dependency.

Programmable MIL-grade controller +

−55°C to 150°C operation, 150 MHz controller, 16 analog in, 32 digital in, 16 digital out, 16 PWM out and three serial interfaces. A ready-to-use, locked control platform for weapon, launcher, vehicle, radar, ship and platform systems.

Autonomous AI surveillance robot +

For surveillance, mine disposal, tactical, rescue and hazardous-area missions. Configurable variants can combine depth cameras, radar, robotic arms, 20-minute fast charge, encrypted wireless and no-GPS operation.

Defence-grade battery packs +

Local substitute for battery-operated instruments: long discharge, high-current discharge, fast-charge options and locally manufactured packaging and BMS.
